How do I place an order?
It is very simple; just click on the product you would like to add to your cart and check out following the steps indicated by the system.
What are the payment options available to me?
At the moment, you can pay online by card (Visa, MasterCard), or in person.
When will I receive my order?
We normally do deliveries Monday, Wednesday & Friday between 18:30 and 21:00. Our delivery timings vary from 3 to 7 days according to the area you live in. In your order information, we ask you to put in a contact number so our delivery person can contact you prior to the delivery. We will do two delivery attempts, should you not be available or wish to collect your order, you can do so from our stores.
For collection from our stores kindly contact us on 2124 4205, at least 24hrs in advance.
At the moment deliveries to Gozo take approximately 2 weeks.
I have a Turbo bucket which needs repair. What do I do?
At the moment we accept buckets for repair at the following points:
– Sparkle Image M`scala
– Sparkle Image Gzira
– Valyou Naxxar
– Ta’Ganza Qormi
Can I return any of my purchased products, for any reason?
We do not normally accept any returns, however if there is a valid reason we will consider it. Any returns cannot be collected by our delivery person and we would appreciate if you can notify us of your intention within 48hrs from the delivery.
What happens if any of my items are damaged or broken by the time they arrive?
Our delivery person will remain with you until you inspect the order to make sure it is in good condition. Should there be a damaged product we will make sure it is replaced as fast as possible.
